The Problem

Barcelona wanted to create custom website campaigns that could sell their experiences and attractions, while also promoting travel to the city and greater Catalunya region. They were operating with and old website, and did not have the means of adding, editing and managing activities.

The Solution

Kickoff

Barcelona City’s Marketing Team had provided an marketing spec doc that gave us a starting point on who the user was, organizational goals, and some background research of the Israeli Market. This also included preliminary content strategy that highlighted Jewish historical monuments and heritage in the city.

With that information, we were able to start the project off to analyze other tourism board campaigns to build a roadmap of the project.
