Tennr qualifies patients against payer criteria. Writing those criteria used to span five stages and six disconnected tools — Criteria Center carries the whole lifecycle in one operating record.

Writers land on a phrase, not a document. Dense payer prose is explained in place, the same language is findable across every policy, and a selection becomes a draft criterion with its source attached.

Criteria are prose with structure, not form fields. The editor behaves like a document — blocks, lists, drag to reorder — and every criterion stays tied to the policy language it was written from.

Shared logic is what makes coverage scale — and what lets one edit reach pairs a writer never opened. Matches surface while writing, with provenance and blast radius, before a duplicate exists.

Policies stopped being files and became records — version, effective date, source, and dependents on every row. The mechanics are automated; the consequential judgment stays human.
